 I know @jane mentioned that custom post types won't be possible in the
 Menu toolbox for the 3.0 release because it is out of scope. Would it be
 possible to at least add some hooks so that a plugin could add a new
 toolbox to the menu builder? So if you do have a custom post type it would
 be possible to create a plugin that adds it to the menu builder using
 those hooks to users could add those to their menu if they want to?
