 I think that the defaults need adjusting for this... I just updated my
 test site to current trunk and thought I would check out the 2010 theme..
 Switched to it, and found that my index page now has over a screen and a
 half of menu at the top.

 <?php wp_nav_menu( 'sort_column=menu_order' ); ?>

 Is the culprit, so maybe there could be some more sensible defaults for
 sites with a lot of Pages.  Potentially a default limit of say 10 Pages in
 the menu which could be user-defined...

 Can attach a jpg if required, but hope it is obvious what I'm talking
 about.
