 Updated my code cleanup patch: Remove the big comment on
 {{{wpdb::__destruct()}}} as pointed out by nacin three days ago. Removed
 code changes in that function as well.

 In my opinion the implementation still is faulty but it can be taken care
 of that in some other iteration. This problem is already document
 elsewhere and not multisite specific (#11799, #3354).
