  * milestone:  Unassigned => 3.0


Comment:

 It does make sense to use the comment_post_ID from the comment object
 since thats a defininte, and its related to the current comment being
 viewed.

 There is no reason why $post should not be set correctly (If it isnt, Then
 other functions will be failing too).
