 Currently WordPress is set to require PHP 4.3, however [11737] introduced
 the usage of a PHP 4.3.2 function which is used when uploading PNG files.

 3 other 4.3.2 functions are also used ({{{imageantialias, imagesavealpha &
 apache_get_modules}}} but all are checked for before being used.
