 I hadn't seen dd32's suggestion to include a default background color when
 I created the mockup; that's worth exploring but it can be safely added
 later. This is fairly standard stuff, although I think the Upload button
 generally sits below the file upload form. If that's not changeable it's
 no big deal; it just helps makes things a bit more compact.
