 What "custom" changes were made to jquery and jquery ui?  One thing I see
 is that sizzle was added into the custom-navigation-custom-
 jquery-1.3.2.dev.js file.

 It won't be easy for me to tell what changes were made so that we can
 remove the duplicated JS.
