I've noticed the same problem for months (first asked about it back in
September 2009). Another problem is that its core and plugin Trac
activity seems to go back only to mid-2009.
Specifically, my profile page does not show
[http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-db-backup/ WP-DB-Backup]. I
didn't start its development, but I've been the exclusive developer for
three and a half years.
It wouldn't really matter except that over the holidays Matt linked all
the Trac usernames to the profile page, so my hundreds of Trac comments
have pageranked it into the top 5 Google results for my full name. (Not
to mention, twice someone has changed the WP.org support forum profile URL
from my blog to this profile page).
WP.org Support has some algorithm that lets proven users link to their own
sites; I suggest that Trac do something similar instead of linking to this
incompletely-developed profile site.
