 post it here while waiting for the patch... since a lot of people really
 seemed to like the Woo Custom Navigation and it did all the things we had
 IDed as what we were going to do (combine pages, categories, other links;
 allow renaming of nav links; re-ordering items etc), Ryan and I reached
 out to Woo and they have agreed to become core contributors by turning
 their custom nav system into a core patch. Win-win. Will be discussed in
 today's dev chat.

 Fantastic! Sounds like a win.  I've used the Woo Navigation and it is
 indeed very nice and i'm sure will only get better as part of the core.
