 It's good to see some progress is being made on making the UI more
 flexible.  I think the widgets UI was too constraining and not well suited
 for the navigation.

 One thing I will suggest is keep things consistent with the rest of
 WordPress.  One direction you could take this is making Navigation an
 actual menu item with Edit and Add New just like Posts/Pages.

 Instead of tabs to toggle between menus, you have a list of menus just
 like you have a list of Posts/Pages.  You can then select one to edit
 where you get a UI similar to the latest wireframes (menu on the left,
 toolbox on the right).

 This is more consistent with the rest of WordPress and would be more
 intuitive for users to use if it was along the same lines as Posts/Pages
 only instead of editing a Post you are editing a menu... keep things
 consistent.
