 Round 2:

 * changed twentyten_page_title() to twentyten_document_title()[[BR]]
 * twentyten_page_title is now for page titles.[[BR]]
 * twentyten_page_links();[[BR]]
 * merged twentyten_cats_meow() and twentyten_tag_ur_it() into
 twentyten_terms_lists(); which supports any taxonomy.

 Plus a few other minor stuff. Overall, the template files are getting a
 lot cleaner which is nice.
