 Ugh, even worse, the classes and id's are all wrong. This is non-semantic
 in every possible way. "form-section"? "form-label"? Are you serious? Just
 awful. Worst markup ever.

 Here's a patch that's a bit closer to how it should be done. Not
 suggesting this as final, just throwing it out there as an example.
