 In "__wp-includes/feed-rss2.php__" we have 2 filters:

  <sy:updatePeriod><?php echo __apply_filters__( ''''rss_update_period'''',
 'hourly' ); ?></sy:updatePeriod>

  <sy:updateFrequency><?php echo __apply_filters__(
 ''''rss_update_frequency'''', '1' ); ?></sy:updateFrequency>

 but in "__wp-includes/feed-rdf.php__" we have only 1 filter:

  <sy:updatePeriod><?php echo __apply_filters__( ''''rss_update_period'''',
 'hourly' ); ?></sy:updatePeriod>

  <sy:updateFrequency>1</sy:updateFrequency>

 This patch addes the "rss_update_frequency" filter to feed-rdf.php file.
