Comment:

 It's a cookie issue. MS changes cookie defines, and WordPress bugs out.
 Pretty sure #12007 is related but there might be a better ticket I can't
 find.

 We should definitely figure out a fix/workaround for this. Clearing your
 cookies I think does the trick.
