Comment (by Veraxus):

 The hook in this patch follows the format 'do_bulk_action-screenid-
 currentaction'.

 Without this patch, there is ''still'' no non-hacky way to ''handle''
 custom batch actions that developers may create, which defeats the purpose
 of the bulk_action hook.
