 there is a `manage_{$post_type}_posts_columns` filter for adding custom
 columns to the admin page of custom types, but for putting data in the
 column there is only the generic 'manage_posts_custom_column` action. I
 think there should be a `manage_{$post_type}_custom_column` action.
