 I think the existing tinymce icons make the design of the Wordpress admin
 area look inconsistent; here's an attempt to fix that. I tried to use the
 existing symbole, but one that I thought could use a rediesign is the
 toggle full screen mode one, so I added that above the existing one for
 feedback.
