 This is a bug. I've had it tested by other developers. They all experience
 the same thing.

 I believe this meets the requirements of posting a bug ticket:

 If you'd like to contest whether or not it is indeed a bug - please look
 into the matter yourself.

 I will be providing an Apples to Apples test shortly.
