 Another thing to note:

 That both the MU and the standard install both have the same page/category
 set up.

 Instead of having a page called /staff/ I have a category.

 This means that when I go to /staff/ it works (this is true for BOTH of
 them).

 It only gets weird when I do /staff/john-doe/ on MU.
