 The second example is obviously shorter.

 This whole new concept of incapsulating i18n functions at first seemed odd
 to me for this specific function. If there will be others, than maybe I
 just need to get accustomed to it.

 The only remaining concern is that I know some folks who rely on Poedit's
 “Update from sources” feature. Perhaps we should create docs for theme
 developers and translators about `makepot.php`.
