 The `:before` pseudo-element shows how this could end up being a war of
 attrition.  Rather than try to reset every possible standard, proposed
 standard, or proprietary CSS property, I suggest the following:

  * Make sure it works with the top say 25 most popular themes from the
 repository.
  * Make sure it works with handful of the well-known "premium" theme
 names.
  * Let the others adjust their stylesheets accordingly, particularly those
 who have poorly-thought-out rules (like the `:before` example, which
 should be better-targeted).
