 certificate. My technicans here will only install this certificate on the
 load balancer.

 @nacin: "I'd rather see"??? Hmmm, well I'm not a native speaker so I'm not
 understanding your comment. Have you ment: I don't like the idea of new
 constants to toogle this  - or - for me, it's okay.
