 If you have persistent caching enabled, it's as if everything is done in a
 single page load.

 [http://core.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/14485/test-term-
 cache.php test-term-cache.php] provides a test case for this.

 Unfortunately, it fails with garyc40-14485-documented.patch (no children
 are found).
