#15732: Media Settings page description is unclear

Type: defect (bug) | Status: new
Priority: normal | Milestone: Awaiting Review
Component: General | Version:
 Severity: trivial | Keywords: has-patch
--------------------------+-------------------------------------------------
This is pretty trivial, but it's an easy fix, so I thought I'd throw it
 out there.

Currently the Media Settings page reads, "The sizes listed below determine
the maximum dimensions in pixels to use when inserting an image into the
 body of a post."

That isn't true, it should probably read "The sizes listed below determine
the maximum dimensions in pixels to use when adding an image to the Media
 Library."

The only reason this came up, is a client of mine was confused when she
changed the large dimensions to "434x434" and the image she had uploaded
previously w/ the dimensions of 800x732 did not give her the "Large"
 option.

I'm not sure anyone else in the world has ever had this problem. So the
 severity is definitely trivial.
