 In code, we should use `blog` and `network`, and avoid `site` where
 possible. When site is used, it should be legacy only and should refer to
 the network.

 Visible file names are fine, e.g. my-sites, site-info, etc. This also does
 not affect strings. WP_MS_Sites_List_Table should become
 WP_Blogs_List_Table though.
