Comment:

 This change breaks the display of the required fields text:

 {{{$required_text = sprintf( ' ' . __('Required fields are marked %s'),
 '<span class="required">*</span>' );}}}

 It is now shown whether or not the commenter is logged in rather than only
 for logged our commenters.
