Comment:

 Doesn't appear to work on custom post type pages when custom columns are
 added.
 http://scribu.net/wordpress/custom-sortable-columns.html shows custom
 columns working on regular post types, and it appears to work fine for
 non-custom columns on custom post types...just not custom columns on
 custom types.
