 MS should allow admins to set a constant in `wp-config.php` that looks for
 all post objects to be in the main `posts` table.  When that constant is
 true, one could distinguish sites by a postmeta value.

 This would make activity-stream like stuff across sites much easier to do
 as well as allow network-wide custom post types.
