You most likely have something else going on that is causing a few bytes
to slip into the output of the page. I'm not sure of the purpose is for
ob_clean() in that example other than to prevent unrelated output buffers
from interfering. It may be a technique I simply haven't heard of before,
but by default ms-files.php shouldn't cause those kinds of problems.
