Opening the software package, the license terms are not available because
the link provided might not work in the user's interface (e.g. when the
reading system has no network or internet access). There are other
examples where linking works so no need to discuss the matter of facts
here, it's just to give an example.

Here is a suggestion for consideration:
We add to the WP package a NOTICE.txt file which, among other things, will
list all third-party code used in the project. For each piece of third-
party code, it will also mention its licence and then point to a file with
the text of that licence.
