 The theme_review docs state that the met charset= should be written as

 <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="<?php bloginfo('html_type'); ?>;
 charset=<?php bloginfo('charset'); ?>" />
 }}}

 If someone can verify that is the required for twenty-ten and put it in,
 that would be great.

 And if it isn't the theme review documentation might be wrong and needs
 updating to what is proper.
