 Thanks demetris.

 If it says "b2 is released under the GPL (see license.txt)" and that
 license.txt contained the GPL v2, it means that WP was also licensed under
 GPL v2.

 Since it didn't say "b2 is released under the GPL v2 or any later version
 (see license.txt)", it follows that the "copyright message" is exactly as
 before, only more explicit.

 If the change would have affected the licensing terms, I would be
 concerned too.
