 {{{14671.002.diff}}} checks internal PHP functions and keeps the default
 at 1 for those, but sets it to 100 for all others. Using a smaller subset
 of PHP functions would be faster, but might require some maintenance in
 the future, if we want to keep the ability to set internal PHP functions
 as callbacks.
