 On IIS the ` and ' characters are not translating properly when the slug
 is created and then the url is made with pretty permalinks.   When posts
 are made and title is clicked on it fails to find the page in question,
 however remove the ` or ' character in the slug and it finds it just fine.

 Possibly non alpha characters doing it?  Possible .htaccess redirect
 problem?
