 I'm running the trunk patch now and so far so good. I'm not seeing any odd
 behavior at any rate. I'm still seeing SQL_CALC_FOUND_ROWS in queries but
 they would appear to be reduced and performance seems to be up a bit.

 Thanks for the patch and I'll provide suggestions should I have any once
 I've had time to dig a little deeper.
