 +1 revert.

 In addition to all the comments here, even the naming of this
 filter/function are grossly unprofessional. I'm not for being politically
 correct, but "capital_P_dangit" just screams immaturity.

 We get it. You want Wordpress to be "WordPress". You have a trademark and
 you want to enforce it, but this isn't the way to go about it. Add a
 filter to the post editor to highlight Wordpress as a spelling error as
 Chrome is doing to me as I type this post, then call it done. And don't
 name it capital_P_dangit, dangit.
