 -1 to changing pre-existing headers without warning.  I forsee a raft  of
 support topics asking why their header has suddenly changed, and worrying
 that they've been hacked.
 To add to that, there's the set of folk who would see it as invasive. The
 last thing needed now is another capital P fiasco.
 So i'd say either new installs only, or publicise the change widely in
 advance, with info on how to keep the same header.
