Comment:

 I'm closing this ticket because we're doing a number of wordpress.org site
 design improvements during the 3.org cycle, but it will be incremental,
 not something that would be one big project able to be mark 'resolved' at
 a specific point. @markmcwilliams mentioned the lighter header already,
 and we'll be working on the navigation/structure as well as page layout
 and content in the next month or two.
