 Replying to [comment:1 filosofo]:
 > Could you be using an older version of trunk?  The current one has the
 "add to menu" as input submit buttons, whereas the previous had that text
 as links.

 This is my first comment on trac. I am using the latest nightly build of
 WP 3.0 Beta1 and using Jaws for Windows V. 9.0. I went to the menus area
 and had a quick play and everything works as Filosofo suggests.

 Upgrading to the most recent version of trunk should solve accessibility
 concerns. I'm going to call this fixed.
