 It seems we have a regression in WordPress 3.0 and I can't figure out
 where.

 When multiple authors are in a WXR file, only 1 is ever imported (verified
 on two different sites with multiple authors) and all posts are attributed
 to the admin. This is a regression in 3.0 as it works fine in 2.9.x. I
 consider it a blocker.
