 I thus like the idea of an export flag for post types, taxonomies, and
 post stati. I imagine it should default to the value of the public flag
 for PTs and tax. (That however would not export revisions by default, so
 those would need export=>true manually.) For stati, export should probably
 be true when internal=>false.
