  * status:  reopened => closed
  * resolution:  => invalid


Comment:

 Plugin authors should be prefixing their function names or encapsulating
 them in a class. Obviously, this didn't happen here. We introduced a
 get_admin_url() in core, thus the function now exists twice.

 The plugin author should be informed.
