 In my opinion missing hooks are bugs, but I agree that if we are going to
 have one of the goals of 3.1 be to revise and improve the entire
 quickpress widget, we should wait until then to add hooks.

 I think we should look to the comment_form function as inspiration since
 it has the fields filterable.  Perhaps there is even areas to refractor
 and create some common form building functions.
