 I'd rather opt for "will not be published". People need to know that by
 submitting a comment, it will not show up with their comment.

 Any theme that does that (such as a private site) should change the text.
 I agree the current text places a burden on the wrong people, but I think
 we should lighten its tone and promise instead of completely striking it.
