 CSS problem with firefox(3.6.3),Chrome(5.0.342.9 beta), safari(4.0.5) in
 managed themes under network as Administrator.

 Theme selector is broken under, all text there is as link, also is styled
 as tabs(only firefox)

 OS: snow leopard 10.6.3
