Comment:

 No. If you use that button to create a link, and then set it to link to
 somewhere. Say I select the text 'link'. The button will activate. I
 clicked it and added the link http://google.com It adds it.

 Now. If I select the text (which is now a hyperlink) again and click the
 inset/edit link button, the fields are blank. I think that this is a bug.
