 For custom post types, the whole of Quick Edit is shown as one column,
 because the CSS for the columns isn't applied.

 The problem is that the CSS specifically refers to {{{.quick-edit-row-
 post}}} and {{{.quick-edit-row-page}}}, whereas the classe for the Quick
 Edit for a custom post type of, for example, "Book", is actually
 {{{.quick-edit-row-book}}}.

 I'm assuming this isn't intentional, so I'll upload a patch later.
