Comment:

 problem was in dividing link into smaller parts by preg_split, and
 function was transforming single quotes into html format

 with these patch function 'wptexturize' don't take in account sqare empty
 parentheses, and link with empty parantheses will not be divided into
 smaller parts => no unwanted quotes transformation
