 A few questions/tasks for you:

  * Did you put the required code for wp-config.php above the "That's all,
 stop editing! Happy blogging." line?
  * Can you enable WP_DEBUG by placing define('WP_DEBUG', true); in wp-
 config.php above that same line?

 I see the rest of the page without problem.  If you do not see any errors
 printed please try checking your apache error logs.
