 One thing I love about WordPress 2.7+ is the "screen option" tab. I just
 visited the 2.9 "Add Plugin" (plugin-new.php) page and noticed the tag
 cloud for plugins. I think it would be good to have a "Screen option" tab
 and allow removal of this cloud.
